This site is a communication tool for my job as the Associate Dean for Student Experience at BIAD (BCU). Not everybody can get to see my presentations or feed their ideas into enhancing the Student Experience (we have 4000 students and 4 sites). Info-line will now allow them to do so. The ITEMS list contains my presentations, ideas and concepts linked to Enhancing the Student Experience and will include all future presentations.

Staff in my Faculty are already doing a solid job at ensuring the student experience is a good one but we need consistency. This website will act as a collection point of all the ideas, conversations and discussions that I will have with students and staff that will help me bring a consistent approach to enhancing the student experience.
